I design, build, and ship web products through my company, ProBuild Digital, from Saybrook, Ohio, on Lake Erie.

For 20 years at Verizon, I worked in cross-functional project management and user acceptance testing roles, validating consumer-facing experiences that touched millions of subscribers. I'm a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner, an ISTQB-certified tester, and I'm finishing an MBA at the Jack Welch Management Institute.

In October 2024, I started ProBuild Digital and began shipping products of my own. Since then I've designed and built five live web products: an AI-powered consumer app for preserving handwritten family recipes, a B2B SaaS for short-term rental hosts, sister calculator sites for bread bakers and pizza makers, and a freezer-batch cocktail calculator for people who host. Each one started from a real problem I had myself. Two have grown into commercial products: BuildBot, a website chat assistant for local service businesses, and Cottages Concierge, now live for short-term rental hosts.

I work in an AI-augmented workflow. I design in the browser, use Claude Code for implementation, and Figma for static mockups and team handoff. That workflow lets me put live, testable product in front of users faster than a static prototype would.
